Great Apartment
February 22, 2023The Overlook has been a great place to live. Our favorite features are the in unit laundry, the water fridge, tall ceilings and a fantastic view! There’s a trail just outside the apartment and the view of the forest and lake is beautiful. Ben, the apartment manager has always been wonderful. I forget the other leasing girl but she is also great! It’s rare to find good apartment managers but me and my fiancé have had no issues with them! Also the maintenance staff are always great- very prompt and ...the whole building is always very clean. The staff always go above and beyond with everything. It’s a nice community, usually very quiet. Things to note: the doors to the hallway are pretty thin so you if you’re in the hallway or inside note that you can hear people/people can hear you. 99% of the time it’s very quiet though. It’s a good price for what you’re getting, and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants! The view of Buck Hill at night too is very pretty. May 24, 2022These places are brand new , Gorgeous!!! The View here at your New home you would love, everyday you get to live in luxury. Great location. The man that made it happen for us, The leasing manager is the Greatest !! So very personable, polite , knowledgeable. He will help you with your every need. We're moving in to our home in June. So far not living here would be a mistake. We're going to love it, you will too! You have to check it out. Ask for Ben when you call. He's great !! He'll be the ...one answering.
