My daughter and I have lived at The Overlook at St. Thomas for over two (2) years now and love our home here. The amenities are incredible, the staff makes you feel like you're a part of the Overlook family, there are so many fantastic resident events that help us connect with our neighbors and we feel safe and comfortable. It doesn't hurt that the property is always beautifully manicured and we can enjoy the grills on property and dine al fresco. The location of this property is perfect, with ...
everything we need within a mile radius, and the highway to get anywhere is about two (2) miles away. We can drive five (5) minutes to get to the river or eight (8) minutes to get to the bridge. The pool is gorgeous and a wonderful perk of being a resident. The Overlook has done the most incredible job making this community the best place to live.
