Break all the rules! No one cares!
June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in this building for 18 years. When I first moved in the board was mindful and would actually look over applications. In the last 7 or so years the leadership in the building has changed and literally no one on the board cares about anything except gathering money to renovate the lobby. They don’t care that a renter has been wreaking havoc on the building. This renter had been harassing me (a unit owner) for over a year. He was constantly eavesdropping, loitering in the hallway, standing ...inside my doorframe at every chance he got but what’s worse is he forged his recommendation letter at the suggestion of Avi Levi Braha, a sitting member of the board. He was breaking house rules and breaking his lease agreement. ( He and his girlfriend would play with their Doberman off leash in my hallway. They would leave the dog alone in the hallway without supervision at all.) The board didn’t care. I gave them video evidence of this creep’s behavior and even tho they agreed he broke all the rules the board decided to renew his lease. So this building is great if you can keep to yourself. If you ever have an issue with anything in the building, no one will help you.Read More
