I cannot emphasize this enough: **do not live here**.
My partner and I have lived at Palisades for the past year. At first, it seemed acceptable, but within a few months, we were counting down the days until our lease ended. The rent is outrageously overpriced considering the poor condition of the apartment and the overall experience.
