Life changes makes it necessary to move, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Park at Live Oak to anyone seeking a quiet, beautifully kept complex with a management team that cares greatly about the needs of its tenants. The staff is what makes this community such a wonderful place to live and call home. Maintenance responds quickly, and the team is quick and efficient. Wow - what a quiet and pretty place

I am very impressed with the cleanliness, safe and secure complex. The trees are beautiful and make the middle courtyard peaceful. The pool and BBQ area is the best I have found in the area. We are fortunate that the new owners (2016) and Staff really care about the people and the community here. I am glad I found Park @ Live Oak apartments. I really enjoy it.

Infestation issues.
February 14, 2017
Quiet area and new management. However, the roaches tend to be a big problem when you move in. No matter how much you clean or how much pest control comes, those roaches will continue to overwhelm your apartment. If the new owner could do something about the infestation then I would recommend this property.

Quiet complex, not too crowded. Management quick to make reapirs, although I have had a freezer that I have to shut with a bungie cord for at least a couple of yrs. now. I am thinking of moving within the complex to a different apt. because I like the location. Rent is very reasonable.
