Loud and Dangerous
December 3, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIf you need peace and quiet, you will not find it here. If your neighbors are deliberately loud, the management will do nothing. The manager is self-important; she takes your money and ignores your needs. The parking lot is terrible and full of cars that turn up the volume constantly! You might see homeless enter your building because the doors are broken all the time and you will also hear sirens everyday. Maintenance is great.

Pool is kept, management is amazing, always responsive. I wish they had more apt with same management style in Los Angeles, CA. If I move back to Colorado Springs, I would go back to these apartments.
