Conveniently located just a few blocks away from downtown Rochester and Mayo Clinic! We are a 5 minute walk from the Mayo intercampus shuttle to St. Mary's Hospital as well! We offer 62 micro-unit style living with private baths and a community kitchen and den area. Coin-op laundry is located on-site for your convenience. We offer rooms with single or double occupancy. Units are furnished and all utilities are included in monthly rental fee! The Parker is a fantastic option for those that enjoy a simple lifestyle, those that are new to Rochester allowing you to take your time in finding your new home, traveling professionals, and students. Parker is a month-to-month lease or term but there is no prorating for rental prices for stays less than 30 days. Longer termed leases also available and there is a small reduction with a 6 or 12 month lease being signed initially.

Perfect place for single newcomers to Rochester.

Suits every need for students and/or Mayo employees new to Rochester. Close to everything downtown. Very clean, quiet and affordable. Security is quite good also. Landllord/Property Owner very nice too. Would recommend the Parker to any first time Rochester residents.
