I have been living at this property for over 4 months now and the property manager is so nice and helpful! She was not hesitant to help me with anything I needed and without questions asked! It’s so hard to find apartments that actually care about the residents!

Property manager lied to our face about why the house smelled musty, moved in just to be told by our neighbor there’s a mold issue and they’ve been sick. Looked into the empty unit adjacent to us and there is BLACK MOLD growing all over the unit. We asked for everything to be taken care of and we’re told no we can just get out. I have an infant! And she told us she didn’t endanger our family and we don’t know what we are talking about. When you can see with your eyes the mold and the neighbors ...
all have photos too. The people in our unit before us moved out because mold was growing all over their stuff and the woman was pregnant. Then they just moved us in like a week later. She knows about the issue, lied to our face and after she got our money she became a totally different person. She was very unprofessional when we told her about the issue and said we should just go to a hotel or be homeless because they aren’t tearing out anything and if we don’t like it just get out. I think she said “just get out” 20 times while we were on the phone explaining the problem and that it’s not just us, it’s multiple tenants and units that are having a problem. Then she told us all those people we talked to are getting an eviction notice. So I guess she just plans on kicking out everyone who complains about the black mold.

With the new renovations taking place, The Parks at Lanier have never looked better. I am very pleased with the improvements that have been made and also with the excellent management. Overall, I would definitely recommend these apartments!

I have lived here for 6 months. I don't have any problems with my apartment. The new management are great people. I plan to stay here for awhile. If your looking for a apartment to go to school are to just live for long term. This is a Great place to check out.

This place is wonderful the Manger ( Michelle ) is very nice and honest. Very professional and the very quiet. Maintenance is on point Mr James gets the job done. New flooring and nice paint job. This is apartment complex is great idea for college student or single family I been here 3 years. Love this place. If you haven't been by to check out lander place come by and check it out

The whole complex was probably built in the 70's. Don't think any renovations have been done since then. Small but adequate 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit. Good living space. Must be a warrior to defend said space from roaches and other wildlife. Fantastic for parking on Ga Southern Football game days. Takes 15 seconds to walk to the stadium. Staff is nice. Maintanince man is quick to repair. Laudry unit could use some updates.

We are very sorry for your poor experience here! We are now under new management and are currently under renovation. There is no longer an issue with wild life or pests. The laundry room has been recently updated and we still have a friendly staff and maintenance!
