Horrible
September 8, 2020I've lived here for several years and it has gone downhill literally. They never fix anything no matter how many times you call the leasing office, they always say maintenance is coming out but they never do. All they want is RENT, but NEVER fix anything. The apartments are old, mold is in the vents, pest control is nonexistent. The gates doesn't work. Trash is all over the parking lot in the back. People are always fighting or shooting each other. They only care about upkeep in the front by the ...leasing office, they do not care about the back. I can't wait to leave this place, it's horribleProperty Manager Responded

I Would Wish This On My Worst Enemy!
July 19, 2020I've been here only a week with no air,they have bugs and spiders in my apartment. I've put in reports after report no one did anything. Did i mention i have little kids and I've told them that over and over nothing. I have pictures and videos of everything. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! everything is wrong with this apartment then i can't even open my window because the sewer stinks.Property Manager Responded

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
March 25, 2020When you report a issue they dont respond back. You have to keep calling them about the issues and they give you the run around about fixing it. I moved in January and still have a lot of stuff not fixed. Although they not fixing anything but they still be wanting RENT IN FULL. My AIR NOT WORKING BEEN OUT FOR WEEKS BUT THEY SAY THEY WORKING ON EMERGENCIES ISSUES ONLY AT THE TIME DUE TO COVID-19. MY ISSUES WAS A ISSUE WAY BEFORE COVID-19. PRICE GOOD BUT THE HEADACHE AIN'T WORTH IT AT ALL. PLEASE ...FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE BECAUSE PEBBLE CREEK NOT IT..Property Manager Responded

Not worth the cheap pay!
January 3, 2020Office Staff Members are rude. If you report any issues inside your apartment it does not get taken care of. There’s mold inside and when you move in, you get what you pay for! The washer/dryers double charges when using! If you can afford better then get better cause this not a good living.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2015Pebble Creek is overall a nice place to stay but as with everything in life, they have flaws. The community is safe and I'm confident that won't anything happen to me. Although it's a nice place to stay the mantinence needs work. I have two huge wet spots in my carpet that I'm waiting to be be repair and the air is a constant struggle. I have a constant flow in the toilet which causes the water bill to be outstanding. You get what you pay for.
July 21, 2015When I first got this apartment I was very excited especially for the low rent of 625 for 2 bedroom. However after a couple months in I realized I shouldn't have been cheap went and found something better. Pebble creek isn't bad nor is good. Honestly it just needs a huge facelift and the applicants updated it wouldn't be so bad. The walls are paper line so you can hear when your neighbors argue. The other negative is not having a washer and dryer connection in the apartment that was a big hassle ...for me. If pebble creek is all you can offered then I'm sure you can make the best out of it.
