Great Apartment Living!
May 30, 2025The Pines of Palos Verdes in Mesquite, Texas is a wonderful place to live. The Management (Debby and Diane) and the Maintenance are always on top of everything in the apartment and in the complex. The grounds always look so nice, anything that needs to be tended to is done in a timely and professional manner and it has been a pleasure to live here for almost 10 years now. Amazing Staff and Quiet home

Great Place to Live
December 8, 2023I've been a resident at The Pines for 3 years and love it here. No place is perfect, but for the price point, location, schools and community, it's perfect for us. My son and I really love our townhome and always have a great time at the pool with our neighbors in the summer. The office staff, Debbie and Diane, are so sweet and easy to work with. They know all their residents and truly care for the community here. The maintenance team has always been on top of things as well, usually getting to ...work orders within the same day. No place like home!
October 21, 2023This apartment complex feels like a warm, small community. It is very close to Dallas, but far enough away to feel like we are out of the big city. The management is super, Diane and Debbie attend to every need and go that extra mile for the safety and comfort of all the tenants. The gardens are kept immaculate. A wonderful place to call home!
December 15, 2022We have lived here for almost 2 years, and I am so happy we found this quaint complex. Carefully maintained, nicely landscaped, quiet, safe, and convenient location. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and very attentive to their residents. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and all staff have placed such emphasis on attention to detail and communication. I have lived in many apartments and this staff is by far the BEST!! They have recently completed renovations on the ...outside of the buildings, and I believe they have been updating units as they become available. The residents are friendly, the pool area is beautiful with colorful flowers, clean and never overcrowded. Walking distance to Palos Verdes Lake Park/Mesquite Heritage Trail and close to multiple grocery stores and not too far from Town East Mall.Property Manager Responded

Home Sweet Home!
October 22, 2022A great and convenient location to live that is quiet, safe, carefully maintained and nicely landscaped. Communication and attention to detail are emphasized by all of the staff. Maintenance requests as well as resident needs are acted on quickly and follow up is done to make sure that everything has been taken care of properly. August 25, 2022Pines of Palos Verdes is a hidden gem! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with this apartment community. Parking is good. Work orders are handled quickly. Grounds are kept landscaped and clean. Pool is never crowded. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. One of my packages was delivered to the wrong apartment, I showed the Apt Mngr the delivery picture and she was able to locate it the same day. How awesome is that?!!
