The Pines of Palos Verdes in Mesquite, Texas is a wonderful place to live. The Management (Debby and Diane) and the Maintenance are always on top of everything in the apartment and in the complex. The grounds always look so nice, anything that needs to be tended to is done in a timely and professional manner and it has been a pleasure to live here for almost 10 years now. I look forward to many more years here at the Pines.

This apartment complex feels like a warm, small community. It is very close to Dallas, but far enough away to feel like we are out of the big city. The management is super, Diane and Debbie attend to every need and go that extra mile for the safety and comfort of all the tenants. The gardens are kept immaculate. It is so nice driving into the complex after a busy day of work and to know how great it is to come home to the Pines of Palos Verdes!

We have lived here for almost 2 years, and I am so happy we found this quaint complex. Carefully maintained, nicely landscaped, quiet, safe, and convenient location. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and very attentive to their residents. Pines of Palos Verdes is a hidden gem! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with this apartment community. Parking is good. Work orders are handled quickly. Grounds are kept landscaped and clean. Pool is never crowded. Office staff is very helpful and friendly.
