July 21, 2015Centrally located in Downtown Des Moines with all inclusive amenities. The building has a heated basement garage and each unit has a spacious balcony with downtown views. The only downside is that some of the units are slightly dated if they have not been updated as it is an older building.Review from Apartments.com
