    The plaza at pikes peak is easily the best apartment complex I've lived in although I haven't lived in many. They are attentive to their tenants and really care about everyone's needs and requests. Their maintenance crew is fast, thorough, professional and so friendly!

    Absolutely love it here. The floorplan for my apartment is so much more interesting than anything I found searching elsewhere in the Springs. The floor to (almost) ceiling windows in the living room/dinette are fantastic. Neighbors are friendly and the construction of the building (predominantly concrete) means the noise is minimal. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the maintenance crew seems to be on top of things. My few interactions with them were very positive. Amenities are great ...
    with an excellent gym (one of the deciding factors when I selected the Plaza). No place is perfect and if I have an issue, it's that the HVAC is LOUD. Like, crank your TV up to hear it, talk *very* loudly to the person sitting right next to you just to be heard loud. I did have my unit inspected after I moved in and apparently that's just how they are. Overall I'm very glad to have selected the Plaza.

    The plaza is great! We love the staff and the amenities. The pool and gym are great for a downtown place. If you’ve got a dog, the dog park is great too.

    I love everything about living here. From the application to move-in the process was seamless considering i moved from out of state and everything was done online. I love all the smart technology and amenities at the Plaza. The staff are very helpful and nice.     The Plaza at Pikes Peak never fails. Although there are the usual issues that come with living (broken doors, hot tub, etc.), they continue to keep residents informed and provide other solutions until a final fix is in place. The staff is competent and kind which is the biggest draw for me. Thank you so much for always giving it your best! We love where we live.
