The Plaza is a wonderful apartment community, with probably the best gym in any apartment complex in Colorado Springs. Jennifer has been here since I became a resident June of 2024, and one of the reasons why I rented here in the first place was Jennifer and Keith, along with Mike and Adam being so great.
The clubhouse and rooftop patio areas are nice amenities, as well as the got tub and pool area.
My only complaint would be a handful of residents that don't care about our community and rules, ...
damaging property and bringing glass items in the pool area. Apartment management try their best, but some people want to watch the world burn.

Honestly I can’t rate it exactly 5 stars since I haven’t been here long but so far it’s been good. There has been one comment about something I didn’t like from management which rubbed me the wrong way but won’t say what so I don’t get identified. The amenities are really nice. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the place looking nice because people can’t seem to pick up their dog poop at all. There’s a nice trail to walk on by the apartment as well.

The plaza at pikes peak is easily the best apartment complex I've lived in although I haven't lived in many. They are attentive to their tenants and really care about everyone's needs and requests. Their maintenance crew is fast, thorough, professional and so friendly!

Absolutely love it here. The floorplan for my apartment is so much more interesting than anything I found searching elsewhere in the Springs. The floor to (almost) ceiling windows in the living room/dinette are fantastic.
Neighbors are friendly and the construction of the building (predominantly concrete) means the noise is minimal.
The staff are friendly and responsive, and the maintenance crew seems to be on top of things. My few interactions with them were very positive.
Amenities are great ...
with an excellent gym (one of the deciding factors when I selected the Plaza).
No place is perfect and if I have an issue, it's that the HVAC is LOUD. Like, crank your TV up to hear it, talk *very* loudly to the person sitting right next to you just to be heard loud. I did have my unit inspected after I moved in and apparently that's just how they are.
Overall I'm very glad to have selected the Plaza.
