    My husband and I moved in just over a week ago to the Plaza at Pikes Peak here in downtown Colorado Springs. So far we are beyond excited to have seen the beautiful amenities and the wonderful interior of this complex. With secured access into the building and rooms, we both feel comfortable and safe here to settle in. When communicating about the move-in process, Jen was perfect at guiding us through it all. We only had one issue which was getting access to internet in the first two days but Jen ...
    was quick to jump on it and help us reset our wifi passwords to get it set up properly. She also had a very good eye for details as she even expressed the immediate need to fix the caulk in our bathroom as it was starting to wear down. So far, we LOVE this complex and cannot wait to build our lives here for the rest of this lease. :)

    Nice place! Full gym equipment, outdoor spa, and pool. Playing pool, BBQ, and also has a rooftop BBQ. Securities... A little pricey... but what do you expect? I only see one negative: there are way too many apps for one place.

    We just moved in to the Plaza at Pikes Peak. The apartment’s floor plan is well designed bringing comfort and easy living in 100% of the space. Amenities here are generous, tailoring to the community’s needs. We are so happy we found the Plaza at Pikes Peak. This is our new home and community.

    I have been here since June of 2024, and I love it here. Aside from these being very nice apartment homes, what makes The Plaza unique is the staff. From maintenance to the office and management , everyone is friendly and helpful. When the majority of the staff live at the same place they work, I think it clearly shows that this is a great place to live. Keith has cultivated a great community vibe by building these partnerships, Jennifer greets every resident, even if she is helping a possible future resident, Sarah has been a wonderful manager, Mike has helped me so much if I have any issues, and Adam has rescued my keys from the dumpster ?? and fixed any issues as well. Majority of the residents here are nice and easy to get along with. I love it here!

    First I have to say the staff here is outstanding. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I have not had a bad experience yet (and I hope I haven't given one to them). The apartments are very nice and are in good condition. There is some wear and tear, but it's very minor and to be expected. When I moved in the place was very clean (except exterior windows and balcony glass). The building interior, to include hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby, gym, and so on, are very clean and kept ...
    that way. Tenant noise is so quiet as to be almost non-existent. While I can hear the people in the apartment above me walking around, it is muted and acceptable. The garage is nice even if you are dodging parked large trucks on your way through. Numbers could use a repaint. My only complaints: The AC cannot be set below 68 (I prefer 65 at night) The ventilation is so loud you have to raise your voice when talking to someone seated right next to you. The hot water doesn't get very hot.
