April 12, 2026I have had a great experience working here! My apartment is such a great layout and has been amazing as my first apartment post grad. The gym is amazing, I love using the yoga room and the bikes. I use the hottub all the time, it is so nice and very warm. In the summer the pool is super nice to go relax by. April 9, 2026I have loved living at the plaza the past seven months. Lots of things to participate within the building, but also its location next to downtown makes it ideal for a night out on the town or the farmer market! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the whole team is easy to communicate with. The community itself is just as wonderful my neighbors are kind, respectful, and create a really welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like a comfortable and safe place to call home. March 16, 2026My husband and I moved in just over a week ago to the Plaza at Pikes Peak here in downtown Colorado Springs. So far we are beyond excited to have seen the beautiful amenities and the wonderful interior of this complex. With secured access into the building and rooms, we both feel comfortable and safe here to settle in. When communicating about the move-in process, Jen was perfect at guiding us through it all. We only had one issue which was getting access to internet in the first two days but Jen ...was quick to jump on it and help us reset our wifi passwords to get it set up properly. She also had a very good eye for details as she even expressed the immediate need to fix the caulk in our bathroom as it was starting to wear down. So far, we LOVE this complex and cannot wait to build our lives here for the rest of this lease. :)Property Manager Responded
