Poor property management, stay away from here
August 5, 2020Leaky roofs. Overflowing toilets. AC barely works or smells like sewer or fishy. No hot water. Broken washer dryers. Maintainence is not good, nor is the management responsive about your concerns. Save your money.Review from Apartments.com
Unsolved problem even after full payment of rent
March 9, 2019Smokehouse. Don't deserve even single star. In last one year, I complained 4 time about smoking problems from some ppl. Can't sit in my hall because poor construction and smoke smell. Management just put notice in front of building. Don't bother to take any action. Instead on checking property, prefer to stay in office. No video surveillance and no facilities. U will see sewer problem in laundry room. There is free and unrestricted restroom for pets on the ground. Just give them rent on time and ...live with unsolved problem. No matter how u will live. Their duties are just for money not for clients. It's better not to select this property. There are many good options in Lubbock.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
