First of all, if you really want to know how their service is, try calling them. They NEVER pick up the office phone for renters. And, the neighborhood is awful. People cooking outside on their balconies, loitering on the complex signs, renters being lound on the staircase, and so much more. Things that are "prohibited" on the lease are just there for show. Do yourself a favor and INVEST in a decent complex/home to live in. The apartments are cheap but remember, you will DEFINITELY get what you ...

Been a resident for over a month. apartments are small, maintenance sucks, office staff are friendly, nice, and helpful, great location. This apartment complex was just bought out by someone so they are improving the apartments as well as outside. Im happy with the choice I've made in living here, don't regret it.
