HOA at The Preserve

8 in all honesty say much good about the HOA at San Jose Condos/apartments. If they spent half the time they spend on making sure you pay them every little penney on time and did their shar it might be a nice place. They don't take care of the grounds. Pool has been down twice this season, but did they reimburse us that amount. The parking and roads are terrible. Most units need a new roof and they all need pressure washing and painted. I feel like not paying them until they live up to their ...
