I've been here for about 2 years now and the AC has broken twice and both times they've been extremely unhelpful and reluctant to do anything about it. Unacceptable for how expensive this place is. It's 85 degrees in here and their advice was to "open a window and wait till Monday, we'll have a guy look at it." no, dispatch an HVAC tech. There's plenty of 24/7 services you could send to help us, I don't understand why they think this is acceptable.

When your A/C went out, we provided a portable unit promptly and scheduled maintenance for the next available day. Regarding the microwave, we addressed the issue as quickly as possible, considering the need for specialized equipment and rewiring. We recognize the challenges posed by the aging A/C units at The Preserve and are actively working towards a long-term solution. The property managers won’t fix anything unless it’s convenient, my air conditioning unit has gone out twice in the the two years that I’ve lived here and both times I’ve called they’ve said they’re not going to do anything about it. On top of that, we had a small fire accident happen that melted our microwave, and it took them 2 and half months to put a new one in. They also rarely inform you when they’re going to do any sort of maintenance. We’ve also gone through 3 different management ...

company’s because no one wants to own this place. This may seem like a dream apartment complex but it most certainly is the opposite
