Unfortunately, we still see some from time to time, but we just have to have pest control come as often as possible so that it doesn't get to where it was previously. Another issue that's been one of the hardest to get over, is outside kids coming to use the pool and damaging all the pool furniture and stealing the life preserve; this all happens during the summers at night around 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning, and during the summer days, they are obnoxiously loud, use profanity to the point where we don't use the pool EVER! We believe that if we had better security, these kids wouldn't be doing these things. Other than that, we've only had minimal issues such as air conditioning suddenly stop working, but that happens mostly in the summer and maintenance comes quickly to fix it. The rent is a huge bonus to living at The Preserve at Boynton Beach. The leasing manager Laura is the best! She tries her best to handle all issues as soon as they arise. Our advice, if you choose The Preserve at Boynton Beach, don't select a unit by the pool!! I gave the apartment 4 stars because of some of the reasons listed, otherwise I would've given it 5 stars!
