Really good maitenance

I live here in the complex with my amazing boyfriend. We were having problems with our garbage disposal not turning on, so we put in a service request. Marco came to help us and was so kind and helpful. Maitenance also responds very quickly, unlike my previous place where I had to wait three weeks! Thank you Marco!

DON'T LIVE HERE!

Worst place I've ever lived, the staff can be friendly at time but the moment you need something they turn into jerks. There was construction in the street I had to drive through to get to the garage for over 15 months. When I moved in I brought all the papers they asked for and they acted like I was an idiot for not bringing papers they didn't ask for! While I lived there they lost the paperwork for my service dog in training 3 times! Then tried to say I'd never given it to them. And when I ...
moved out they didn't give me the full instructions on what they wanted. I did what they said and emailed them two time to make sure they knew I would be gone that day (the first email they gave for this didn't work so I had to go in and ask for another one) and them days after my move out they called and said I had to come into see them before I check out and they where still charging me! They charge me an extra 200$ because they can communicate with themselves. Awful experience, wish I'd never lived there.

I have lived at The Promenade Rio Vista for 7yrs and it continues to be a wonderful experience. The Residents Services office is very professional and helpful to the needs of the Residents Karen and Chun are outstanding. The maintenance department employees are very good, James is always very professional and makes sure all projects are properly completed. All of the maintenance staff are great, Ray most recently completed a work order and did a great job.

This place feels like Home from the moment you walk in.

I have moved to California from England leaving my Friends and Family, I was nervous about renting somewhere until I met Regina in Resident Services. Not only does she know the area, makes you feel at home with her inviting and special personality she made me feel welcome in my new home away from home. The Apartments are modern with a hint of nostalgia, the pools are clean and the hot tub's are hot. The amenities are great and the Dog friendly vibe is evident with the Dog bath house and Dog ...
walking pen. All the staff are great and the grounds keeper staff are always on top of every spill and are so polite and friendly. I was planning on staying here for a year but am now not planning to leave until I buy my first home in California.
