Property manager is horrible. Amenities are not nice and rent increases every year. Live at Hillcrest apartments if you want an apartment.

I recently took a tour at The Quarters, and Liz, one of the CA’s went above and beyond to interest me in living here in the future. I absolutely love the facility, and Liz definitely had me invested. I can’t wait to look more into staying at the Quarters when I move to college!
Best apartment complex in Cedar Falls

I was very impressed with the quality of the tour that McKenna, one of the CA’s gave me! She explained that there are furnished and unfurnished options, free tanning bed and sauna access, 24/7 gym and clubhouse access, and it’s pet friendly! Not to mention free parking close to campus also! Overall, a very welcoming place. I recommend taking a tour!

QCF is a great place to live. I am a big fan of the basketball court, and it’s nice to have a court in the area where I live. I also enjoy the gym, as the campus gym gets packed.
