Great place to call home
May 19, 2021I moved in mid-March and it's been really nice so far. Safe, clean property. Jamel and Alexis were friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues that Cliff took care of immediately. You actually see the on-site security guys driving around the property at night. Terrible Place And Staff
October 16, 2020First of all, let me start off by saying these people are some shady two faced "professionals". One of the maintenance men backed his golf cart into my fiance's car and came out saying it was his fault and so sorry. But now when we have to get them to pay to fix it his story changes and now it wasn't his fault and she hit him? After speaking with the property manager simply asking for the incident report she said she wasn't sure if she could send it and then hung up on me. That issue aside these ...apartments may look nice but underneath the are falling apart. We had water damage that took a little over a week to fix and I ended up with a hole in my ceiling for a few days. They added toxic mulch to the dog park that literally got every animal that played in there sick but they refused to pay for vet bills or replace the mulch instead they hung a sign that said use at own risk. Now let's talk about the crime that happens and nobody seems to care. The multiple drug dealers that live in the area is surprising. We also had more then one vehicle broken into while I was living there and a neighbor had his motorcycle stolen. At least once a week somebody is in the parking lot firing off gunshots at 2 or 3 in the morning while people walk around and peer into people apartments and cars. This is not a safe place to live it has gone down hill this last year or so ever since Breeden took over. I've lived here since 2017 and it is not somewhere I would ever recommend anyone to even visit let alone live.Property Manager Responded

Poor service to existing tenants and poor quality units
August 10, 2018Under the old management there was a lot of predatory towing of cars and now while there is still some it’s better. The new staff is totally rude and they don’t care about tenants who have been there for a while. Since the renovations they have picked and chose who they give a good price to for an upgrade. One of my friends got an upgrade for less than another one person I know for the same exact unit. Right now there is a new girl in the office that will argue with you for something she doesn’t ...even know. The service has significantly deteriorated and the units are always falling apart. The bathroom changes colors and the paint is cheap and wears of easily.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Location
June 20, 2018I have lived here for 3 years. It has changed from a place to live to a place to call home. The new company has really put a lot of effort into making us feel important as residents. The staff is friendly and the location is ideal. I am jogging distance from the mall, 6-7 minutes from town center and right off the interstate making it easy to get anywhere. Be cautious
November 2, 2017I’d be careful moving in. A lot of the amenities they offer aren’t even useful. They say port car wash but no water? And you’ll get in trouble if you use your own hose. No lights at the tennis courts, dog park, or basketball courts. A lot of suspicious activity and when you tell the office about someone peaking in neighbors windows, they laugh instead of trying to be sure the residents are safe. Maintenance is very unurgent. The appliances are old and they’ve “fixed “my dryer 4 times still takes ...3 dries. I’d avoid at all cost. For as expensive as it is, I should have someone valeting my car for me, not having to go to a laundry mat to dry my clothes. Oh did I mention you have to pay for a parking spot? To park at the same place you rent property at?! Haha oh and management is definitely not the same from when I moved in 2 years ago. I guess that’s why they have 15 open units right now. Keep in mind...
April 22, 2017Great service and space for the price. But keep in mind that it is next to a swamp that is covered in trash. Because so many people have dogs, if you live next to an open grass space be ready for dog poop bombs from the furry neighbors. Even though they say it's a smoke free space, every morning I smell smoke, sometimes when I turn on the bathroom vent. You'll probably have to call a couple of times to get them to clean up the cigarette butts. Also the carpet is not completely nailed down so if ...you have children or animals watch out for the nails sticking up on the edges when they pull up the carpet. I tried to remove some surface scuff marks on the wall and ended up removing the paint, so the paint is very cheap as well. The gym also doesn't have all the things pictured, and the pool is only open for a couple months. Just wish I knew about these things when I first decided to rent, but I would still rent from them. What a Disaster
March 10, 2017Living at Reflections was one of the worst experiences in my life. Within my first week, the ceiling caved in as they were working on a leak in my ceiling. Water poured out of the ceiling and onto the floor and my possessions for over 15 minutes (I was forced to move out immediately without packing any of my possessions and live in a hotel for a week). This incident alone cost me thousands...Reflections offered me $150 and a pizza. The upkeep on the apartments are awful, very little ...investment. My bedroom was overrun by cockroaches so I slept on the couch. Upon moving out, they charged me over a thousand dollars for damages they did, or the contractors did while fixing my ceiling. Horrible experience with management
June 24, 2016Where should I even begin. They showed us a renovated unit and rented us a dated unit with loud appliances. The heating unit could not keep up with the winter weather and needed to be serviced. The day we moved in two tenants told us how much they regretted it and wished they could have let us know. On move out they charged us to paint the entire apartment, I've never been charged by a landlord for basic maintenance. Our dog ripped a hole in the master bedroom carpet and they charged us to ...replace the carpet in the whole apartment, completely unnecessary, they could have done just the one room. Management would not respond to our dispute about move out charges. We feel we were nickel and dimed every chance they could. Would never rent from them again. Good location/ poor management
December 30, 2015The proximity to major shopping, restaurants and the highway is great. The complex itself is pretty decent and the leasing agents are a joy. The decision making by the management team is poor. The ability to have visitors without prior planning has been greatly been restricted due policy changes. If you aren't able to speak to the office while they are open then you are limited to one visitor vehicle.
