Due to Covid-19, we were forced to move in without being shown the unit. After our initial walkthrough, we contacted management due to the overall lack of cleanliness and various maintenance requests. Management was surprised to learn of our grease splattered kitchen with sticky floors and dirty bathroom with a urine caked toilet. However, nothing was done to remedy this initial impression. In fact, it has taken over a month for maintenance to even come and address our initial problems, some of ...

which included: a hanging smoke detector, broken sliding door lock, and running toilet. The smoke detector was fixed, the sliding door wasnt a priority (on the ground floor), and the toilet was broken further; we now have to wait for a part to arrive and resubmit a maintenance request at our own inconvenience. If we had been able to see the unit before moving in, we never would have signed the lease. Its just not worth the money or headache.
