The mountain view is spectacular. The floor plan is great, there are lots of cabinet spaces, and the entire community is very quiet and clean. I'm glad that I made a good choice.

Better than other apartments. Some of the stuff is a bit old but I’ve been happy. Mostly just my stove and washer are kinda sus, half the burners don’t light. The other complaint is just that whoever designed the apartment didn’t consider using space very well, and there is a huge sliding door and another door in the bedroom to the patio, should just be one normal door, and windows/weird wall angles and a fireplace essentially seriously limiting where furniture and shelves can go. Almost nothing ...
fits but I guess it keeps me from acquiring a bunch of furniture. The maintenance and office team is awesome. 10pm for pool is too early for adults. Should be midnight or 1. Security kicked me and my gf out and all we were doing was sitting in a hot tub quietly. Not sure if that’s a liability thing but in the lease adults should be allowed to be liable for themselves after hours.

Everyone who works AT THE APARTMENT (office/maintenance) is phenomenal. The parent company, however, has to be run by a team of bonobos. Or they’re hiring the absolute CHEAPEST contractors. My water heater broke and the plumbers they hired seemed to be 2 stoners that didn’t turn on the gas to the new one, light it, purge it, or flush it. Had no hot water (or heat because they’re connected) for 3 days in late October. The maintenance team here did the best they could to help, but legally can’t ...
do much. It’s taken over 2 months to repaint my building. 1 single building has sat half painted for 2 months lol. For the last 3 months, there has been CONSTANT construction, loud workers, banging on my roof, people on my porch, jackhammering at the pool, weird VERY LOUD hammering directly against metal, jackhammering in the parking lot, singing and shouting, etc. RIGHT at 8am. I get construction, but constant, slow construction right where I sleep for months on end is just inconsiderate.
