Great place to start off

I love the location because it’s close to family and my job. Super simple and affordable apartment for a first time renter. Some apartments are updated and some have in unit washer/dryer which is hard to find around here. The gym is not great though, very small and during the summer kids hang out in there since it’s connected to the pool area. Also shout out to the awesome maintenance team for fixing my washer and dryer and replacing it went it finally quit working.

Worst apartment ever.

This place tries to act affordable but they will nickel and dime you in every way possible. The property is horrible, the carpets have never been cleaned in their existence. They charged me 50 dollars as a replacement fee for not having a rubber bracelet that served as my pool pass upon move out. The thing probably cost 3 cents to buy. They did not inform me about the 60 day lease warning period and charged me thousands of dollars for an apartment that I was not even living in anymore. I ...

understand the 60 day warning, but it would be nice to be warned about it or even informed about it upon move in. Their communication is horrible and the staff is little to no help. My AC was also out for over a week and they took forever to get it replaced. Do not rent here.

Save your money and save the headache

For some reason the blended review is 4.7 stars. There are 12 reviews, and half of them are 1 and 2 star reviews. I've lived here for years and the place only gets worse. The rent increases every year and quality goes down. We pay for pest control (for bugs and mice) and every now and then you get a note on your door saying they're coming through on a certain day and all pets must be put up. 2 out of the last 3 times they scheduled it no one came through my apartment, but I pay for it and I had ...

to kennel my dog for the day. The last time someone did come through. I know because they went into my bedroom, which they were not supposed to do, and they didn't lock my door when they left. So good news, anyone could have just walked in and stole everything I own, including my dog. I haven't had a neighbor last for an entire year yet. They move in, realize how bad it is and move out. My new upstairs neighbors are a treat. They're always yelling at each other, threatening violence and a few times shouting about his gun. My stove is old and not reliable. Sometimes the burners don't work but sometimes they do so that's good. I asked about getting a new stove but was told I'd have to pay for a "newly renovated" apartment to get a new one. The windows are drafty and the front door doesn't seal. So far the office staff that I have actually met are less than pleasant. The few conversations I've had they don't talk with you but talk at you. I get the feeling they think you are beneath them and you should feel lucky just to be in their presence. The only shining light this place has to offer are the maintenence guys, they're cool.

One price increase after another

This place is constantly increasing pricing and fees (including mandatory fees for stuff you never get… like pest control). It’s old, loud and in terrible shape. In the past 6 months alone they have increased the rent, water fee, and added a mandatory building and maintenance fee so we have to pay for their insurance. The gym is horrible, practically nonexistent and you’ll constantly be paying more and more as you go!

Convenient, Quiet, Affordable!!!

I really like these apartments. The 1 bedroom is perfect size and has really cute upgrades. Kelly and Victoria have both been really nice and helpful so far, and make you feel welcome when you go into the office. I just moved here but this location seems to be close to everything that you need which is nice.
