I loved living at the Riv! The best part is the people and the sense of community you share! They are nice apartments and I love that they have grass, trees, and bushes around. I would absolutely recommend living here.

The Riviera is a good place to live. There's nothing especially awesome about it, but nothing especially bad about it either. If you want a reliable, clean, convenient, and reasonable location to live (especially when attending BYU), the Riviera is worth considering.

I love living here at the Riviera! The parking here is awful, not enough parking spots for all the residents, especially those who don't go to BYU and can't park anywhere else. Everyone should be able to park in a parking spot if they live here, but I understand with space. The riv is really fun! So many amenities! GYM, volleyball, etc! Lots of activities, and GREAT ward and social environment! The riviera management also puts on fun events as well!

The Riviera has a pool w/hot tub, two laundromat areas (1 large, 1 smaller). Accessble location. A bit pricey, but the rooms are pretty nice and spacious for college dorms. The doors are on the outside of the rooms (rather than an interior hallway) which allows for great airflow when the weather is nice. The granite countertops are great for putting hot pots/pans on, hvac works great too.
