Don’t Even Bother With This Place
November 17, 2019This place is absolutely horrendous. Huge insect problem with cockroaches everywhere in some of the units. Maintenance ALWAYS comes inside your home without your consent and just invades your privacy, and they NEVER show up to do their job unless you hag management constantly about the situation. One of my toilets were not functioning properly for TWO WEEKS before it was fixed. Unacceptable; not to mention they don’t reimburse your security deposit even after you made sure the place was ...professionally cleaned..... March 18, 2018These people STOLE $200. from me. They never approved the apartment, and also had $40. cash from me. Suddenly they cashed the check, with no notice!! my bank account got overdrawn. September 13, 2016Babinski Property Managers are disrespectful , overpowering their tenants, rude and mean. They take money from your security deposit when you move out for cleaning regardless how much hard work and efforts you put to clean the apartment, also they charge you for fixing some normal wear and tear items that is part of their responsibilities. its literally a rip off action that they do it to your face. so unethical.
