It is ok but has lots of dogs

This place is mostly a nice quiet area. Even though it states dogs aren’t allowed, there’s at least one in each building. There is even a person with 2 dogs that are very rarely leashed. Much of the grass in the back half of the complex have yellow areas of grass along with not picked up dog waste. It can be a concern for those with children or go on walks. The parking for guests isn’t too good and many tenants will park in areas they should not out of laziness.

Thank you for being a resident at The Seasons. We appreciate feedback from our residents, both good and bad. Pursuant to the federal Fair Housing Act, housing facilities, such as The Seasons Apartments, must allow service dogs and emotional support animals, if necessary for a person with a disability to have an equal opportunity to use and enjoy the home. We are finding it difficult to determine who is not picking up after their animal, but we will continue to strive for compliance from the animal owners. Our on-site staff continually inspects the property for cars parked in no-parking areas and does a great job at enforcing our parking rules. Please reach out to the on-site manager if you would be willing to further discuss your concerns.

Renting at The Seasons would be a HUGE mistake! I just moved after enduring 14 yrs-never once did they paint, replace carpet or update crappy appliances. I did not renew my lease b/c I was told upgrades are too expensive & they are not looking to do any for at least 2 yrs. They don't care who they rent to, the police get called frequently ,rent gets raised for most tenants, some complain enough & refuse to allow that. Tenants have pets that they don't report having so they get out of paying for ...
them. JBJ has the money to put up new siding but won't update 20-yr-old apts. You do not get what they claim is fair market value, with all the new places in the area you can do infinitely better!!! I'm so happy I'm out of there, found a much better place a cpl hundred cheaper, with water & heat included...at The Seasons you pay for everything! Don't do it, you'll regret it!

I recently moved from Sussex, WI to Philadelphia, PA for a career change. My husband & I resided at The Seasons for 2 years, it would have been more if not for this job offer. I love it here at the Seasons. Its a real quiet neighborhood and each apartment feels like a condo- very private entrance. I am the type to research apartments relentlessly until I find one with a lot of good reviews, so that's why I am writing a review here, because it was a very nice place to live!! There is a bike ...
trail right in the backyard of The Seasons and I could literally walk to Pick N Save when I needed a quick milk or bread (theres a trail connecting Pick N Save to The Seasons). The Sussex park is also great...very huge...my husband and I loved disc golfing and going for walks and bike rides. Very safe place to live! AND Robin (the seasons manager) is SO nice and SO helpful! She got out apartment rented right away after we had to terminate our lease early and she was so kind about it! I will definitely miss it here!

This is my second apartment that I have lived in. I love everything about it. The location is great! Very quiet besides the occasional train. It is located right next to plenty of food and shopping centers. The landlord's are very friendly and understanding. I live in a two bedroom two bath. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit! The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The walk in closets are a plus too! I m very happy with my decision to live here! I hope you will too :)

We LOVE living in The Seasons. We have rented similar town homes in the past, but The Seasons are much more affordable. The management team is great, and responds to maintenance requests very quickly. The only down side is we don't have as much storage as past town homes.

I have nothing but good things to say about The Seasons. The apartments are updated, clean, and well-kept, and the complex is quiet and the tenants friendly. In particular, Robin, the property manager, has always been incredibly helpful to me through the past 3 years that I've lived here.
