September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe love senior living at The Shores. Our two bedroom apartment is nicely laid out and roomy. The people are great. However, the management does not keep up with building maintenance. Shades in the sunroom have been broken two years; new ones have been bought but not put in. New carpet was put in common areas only after a petition by the residents. Common areas need painting, items like drapes need consistent cleaning, and I don't think the exterior windows have ever been washed. The ...garage leaks consistently and the Foundation is crumbling. (Building is only 13 years old.) The owners need to care more about their property.Read More

August 2, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI love this apartment. It is in a good location of the Minneapolis/St. Paul (MN) area and I have some really great neighbors. The apartment is a large one bedroom. My apartment came furnished with a full-sized washer and dryer, which I really like having. And I like the fact the building has key-access and the hallway is an interior hallway. I am a senior living on a fixed income and the thought of having help with my rent is really reassuring.
