This is a pretty great place to call home. I've never had problems with pests (bugs, mice, etc), and any maintenance requests are tended to pretty quickly. Christina the Manager is very nice and does her best to make sure her tenants are happy. The only downside I can think of is the type of neighbors you may be subjected too. Most everyone is cool and respectful, but every now and then there will be someone who plays their music too loud, is smoking cigs or weed, or just cooking with their door ...
open so that the smell goes out into the hallway and thus into everyones apartment. Also, the walls are paper thin. It's never been enough to complain about, but I've been able to hear my neighbors arguing (even crying) one too many times and they weren't even being that loud- again, the walls are just thin. All in all, weighing out the pros and cons I'd say this is a terrific place to live in Hollywood.
