Worst building and building management I've ever experienced
February 28, 2020Magnum Management is the shadiest group of individuals in NYC. They refuse to communicate with you, take MONTHS to resolve issues, etc. The building itself is made cheaply and you can hear anything next door, down the hall, etc. Shower, dishwasher, fridge all weren't work in our unit when we moved in. Sink has regular problems. Called the cops on our neighbor 20+ times before Magnum got involved to help with the situation. They ignore their own tenants' wellbeing at every opportunity.
