A really good and student friendly place to live with great amenities. There have been lots of improvements to the building since I moved in and everything functions smoothly. Particularly love the movie theater, outdoor garden, package service and gym. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

I like the room. But I am concerned about the water quality since it has been murky for a long time. I also would like the common space to be cleaner.

Great place to live in, would highly recommend! There have been lot of improvements to the property since I moved in. Amenities and community events are amazing. Staff is also friendly.

I just moved in last month and so far everything is nice except I have an issue with my door that they say is fixed but keeps happening again.

The building is poorly managed. Elevators are constantly out of service and it’s hard to find your hand in front of your face in the mailroom let alone your package. The entire building runs on the same ac temperature and you can chose to simply turn the air on or off. My apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in and many appliance did not work.
