    The communication with staff is incredibly unreliable and difficult. Staff does not communicate well about showing up for things like regular maintenance checks, even when we constantly ask for a heads up so we can put our pets in a safe place.

    It’s a decent place, but very unpredictable. Water shut offs happen a lot WiFi is down every other week and the utilities are very unpredictable. Maintenance has definitely gotten better and the facilities are at least useable.

    I would never recommend anyone to live here. Maintenance is slow and takes weeks to come out to fix a problems, months after move-in week. Our apartment has had constant problems with the AC vent leaking, a drain pipe outside leaking, my roommates toilet constantly running (which took them forever to come out to fix). And even though these problems aren't our fault, they still make us pay the utilities bill for it. I have called multiple times about a noise complaint because my upstairs neighbor ...
    is very loud throughout the day, and they do nothing to help about it. They simply say "Oh I'm so sorry about that", instead of actually doing their jobs and doing something about it. This place needs to hire people that aren't college students who have no idea what they're doing and do nothing to help the residents living there.

    Super friendly and helpful staff, maintenance usually is prompt as long as you give them time. We recently had to move units because of leaking but the staff was more than ready to assist as and compensate us as well.

    The apartment isn't bad, but it also isn't stellar by any means. Maintenance is okay for the most part. The lack of bathroom storage quickly becomes annoying, though. It's a high price point for mid-quality living.
