October 6, 2025Has its pros and cons. I think the rooms are decently sized and I haven’t had any trouble with appliances failing on me. The restrooms are not the best in condition and lack storage. Front desk workers are super nice and friendly. Pool is decent. The area is nice and kept up with nice.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025In the one year I lived at The Social SMTX, I was quick introduced to a great community; the staff were nothing but helpful and wonderful when I needed a question answered. I got to know my roommates very close and became my closest friends. Definitely worth living here if anyone hasn't found a place to live!Property Manager Responded
