February 24, 2026Super friendly and helpful staff, maintenance usually is prompt as long as you give them time. We recently had to move units because of leaking but the staff was more than ready to assist as and compensate us as well.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The apartment isn't bad, but it also isn't stellar by any means. Maintenance is okay for the most part. The lack of bathroom storage quickly becomes annoying, though. It's a high price point for mid-quality living.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026My experience is fine, i’ve been living here for 3 years now. I just hate the recent change in price for utilities. Also maintenance is pretty slow. October 16, 2025Really cool place to live between the lower end of rent amount and the amenities, with the location being right at the bus stops to campus makes travelling between school and work nice.Property Manager Responded
