October 6, 2025Has its pros and cons. I think the rooms are decently sized and I haven’t had any trouble with appliances failing on me. The restrooms are not the best in condition and lack storage. Front desk workers are super nice and friendly. Pool is decent. The area is nice and kept up with nice.Property Manager Responded

There was an immediate sense of warmth, familiarity, and comfort that made me feel as though I had finally found a place where I truly belonged. The walls, the light, and even the way the air felt carried an energy that was both calming and uplifting. July 10, 2025In the one year I lived at The Social SMTX, I was quick introduced to a great community; the staff were nothing but helpful and wonderful when I needed a question answered. I got to know my roommates very close and became my closest friends. Definitely worth living here if anyone hasn't found a place to live!Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Was promised multiple times by manager many things would be done/changed (rent back to price I signed at, fix outdoor patio area that was destroyed and never rebuilt, fix problems in apt that have been broken over a year, etc) if I resigned again. So I did, then the guy left month later and none of the things promised ever got done.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024It’s a very nice and quiet town for the most part. As far as the units themselves they could be a little better. The toilets are in a very bad location in the bathroom as well as the toilet paper rolls, both very inconvenient, very nice place, but that could have been designed way better. Also the dog park poop garbage is always full. They said they remove it every day, I’ve been here a week as of today and it has yet to be changed out. The last thing would be the thickness of the ceiling, we ...live in the first floor and can hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, walking around, talking etc. I would install carpets with an extra layer of padding in all 2nd floor units to make the first floors more pleasant to live in. Overall very nice place and the best staff I have lived with yet!Property Manager Responded
