The complex is very old. Sound insulation is basically non-existent. If that wasn’t enough, the neighbors are loud. I was unfortunate enough to be next to a family that thought it was nice bonding time to talk right outside their door which is next to my bedroom window. Although the laundry room has absurd curfew hours of 9am-9pm, extremely loud lawn-mowing, vacuuming, and carpenter work happens at early hours of 7am-8am. Laundry/dryer machines are also pretty old and some don’t work as well. The ...
price per month is not worth the value. Most things can be improved with some modern replacements and upkeep, but the noise management of this apartment complex is easily the most infuriating part of living here.

I've been living here since 2010 and the place is great. The Manager Ray is amazing. He always takes care of everyone in the building. It's nice that he is also on the younger side compared to other places where the manager is always some old man or woman with control issues. I think everyone here appreciates all he does for us. Maintenance is always on top of repairs, clogged drains, leaks, etc which is great. My last place took over a week to get a clogged drain fixed. Here, they get it fixed ...
the same day. My 1 bedroom apartment is huge...it's like almost 900 sqft. Ridiculous right?! And I also have a humongous patio where I can put my propane BBQ at. They allow bbq's! They are also cat friendly from what I can tell. There is also a heated pool in the back and an onsite laundry building with a quarter machine. No need to go to the bank to get quarters anymore! The place is very quiet and I get great sleep here. Hopefully I won't have to move anytime soon. Rent here is very reasonable and they don't hike up the rent to ridiculous amounts during rent increases which I love. There's also Arnold Elementary School one block away. I see my neighbors walking their kids to school everyday which I think is sweet.

Very nice manager/owner the owner is very laid back. Late rent is not that big of a deal, rent hasn't increased for the four years that I've been here. Maintenance is on point, you leave a note in the rent box and whatever the complaint is whether it be a leak, broken blind, or repair is done within a couple days. The rooms are in the large category in comparison to the apartments ive seen in the area. The patios are nice extra space, and the pet friendly factor is great. Plenty of ...
neighbors with kids. There have been problems with complaints from unreasonable seniors, but that has become a non issue. Pool is always clean, place is well kept. Bad things are no Jacuzzi, and no rec/gym room.
