Worst assistant manager
September 22, 2022Why would you rent in a place where the management gives you disrespectful attitude every time you visit or make a request. Forget about getting maintenance done or have a the rodent problem taken care of. She will simply tell you to move to another apartment if you don’t like it there. If you are comfortable living in a rodent infested, crime ridden unclean apartment, then you came to the right place. I wouldn’t recommend for any self respecting adult to live there. Bad administration
November 5, 2020They after pandemic change many thing against to the comunity spring too more fees for everething , this month when i trying to pay the rent like do it allbthe time they take out the option forvpating on app and only whith money orders to sending to the main corporation and made more though the payment this day i olmost dont doit (pay the rent ) and they collect $300 for fees ...my claim is they do this change without previuosly advice is not fare .i dont recomended this place .piriodProperty Manager Responded

Pest, Bed Bugs, Maintenance Delays & Failures
November 3, 2020Stay Away and Stay Blessed We had the worst experience ever imaginable. Many items failed in move inspection checklist, we discussed in person with office staff, staff came in to look at them, made note, we reported on their email and left feedback as well. Some major issues have been repaired and some are still in our dream to get fixed. Maintenance staff is too occupied to fix them or even care about others issues. We made the biggest mistake going for low rent and now are paying with health ...and wealth and patience to get these addressed. Cannot wait for this lease to get over and move on.Property Manager Responded

Rats , Rats Rats , and cheap material
September 19, 2020I am currently living there. I have been seeing little rats in my living room and all over the kitchen, they are so little that they are coming from the ventilation system. I have complained for the leasing office, but they are not responding. it is really disgusting to live in this kind of situation. Do not recommend it, especially if you have kids. It is literally a health hazard. and not to mention, their blinds and kitchen appliances are breaking every other week.Property Manager Responded

Don't live here unless you have no other options
December 28, 2018I wish I had picked a different property, even if it was a bit more expensive than this one. The staff ignore your complaints or tell you that they can't do anything for you. The only time they did something about one of my complaints was when I filled out a resident survey they send out sometimes (maybe it reached the corporate level?). There are bug issues in my place and the apartments aren't in great shape either. I'll be fine staying through the end of my lease but I'm going to look ...elsewhere for next year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very convenient
July 28, 2015The Springs located amidst beutiful trees around and you feel the real springs.Metro is just 5 min drive and also well connected with buses. It has well recreation center and shopping center at walking distance..you can relax in the evening sitting outside the balcony with fresh air.Review from Apartments.com
