Went at the beginning of October to ask about a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that was supposed to be available towards the end of the month which is when we wanted to move. They told us they had one unit and we were told to apply online and after a 200 dollar application fee we were told that we got approved and to come in to bring proof of income, deposit etc. We were later called that SAME DAY to be notified that the tenant living in the 2 bed was no longer moving out and that there were no other 2 ...
bedroom apartments available. They told us our application was valid for 90 days when they have no idea if they are even going to have another unit available within that time frame and are unwilling to refund the application fee money even though they are at fault for telling us to apply to an apartment that they were not sure would be vacant/available. Very unprofessional, save your time and look elsewhere.
