Renters Reviews and Ratings
Unprofessional
October 20, 2021Went at the beginning of October to ask about a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that was supposed to be available towards the end of the month which is when we wanted to move. They told us they had one unit and we were told to apply online and after a 200 dollar application fee we were told that we got approved and to come in to bring proof of income, deposit etc. We were later called that SAME DAY to be notified that the tenant living in the 2 bed was no longer moving out and that there were no other 2 ...bedroom apartments available. They told us our application was valid for 90 days when they have no idea if they are even going to have another unit available within that time frame and are unwilling to refund the application fee money even though they are at fault for telling us to apply to an apartment that they were not sure would be vacant/available. Very unprofessional, save your time and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

poor communication
March 31, 2021I have been calling for almost 2 weeks. I finally got a hold of someone, but they only gave me information that was already available online. The second time I called & actually got a hold of someone, I scheduled a viewing 3-4 days in advance. Well, I called the day before and nobody got back to me. I went the day of my appointment and nobody was there for our appointment. Very disappointing that I had to drive for nothing.Property Manager Responded

Not happy!
October 3, 2019Horrible experience! I called twice to make sure that there was a 2 bed available as 2 websites said there was. So I scheduled my tour to only drive an hour in traffic for them to tell me that they don’t have anything available! A place like this needs to be more on point with their information and how they advertise their apartments.Property Manager Responded
