    I moved in to the place when it was new and have absolutely loved it after living here for a year now. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is fast. After reading some of these reviews I think people don’t understand how apartments work “entitled”

  • Great place with one major flaw

    Great place with one major flaw. I have lived here for 4 months. The apartments are nice and the staff is great... but the internet is BAD. If you require any sort of stable internet connection for working, gaming, etc. then I would look elsewhere. Cover Networks LLC is the internet provider for this location. Every negative review they have is completely accurate. The company is unprofessional and incompetent. I have spent 10+ hours attempting to fix our internet but gave up after 2 months of ...
    failure. Without the internet issues this apartment is 5 stars. However, if a stable internet connection is something you value then I would avoid this place (at least until they get a new internet provider).

  • Clean and new, but new means problems

    The apartment we're in was brand new, with new appliances and very clean. However, we noticed a lot of... quirks. The balcony - made from wooden planks - was littered with loose nails. The fridge waterline wasn't turned on when we moved in. The water heater didn't get hot enough. A light switch wasn't working. The dishwasher leaked when it ran. These were all fixed by maintenance within a few days and won't be problems for future residents. However, our primary concerns are not addressable by ...
    maintenance. First, the locking system on the doors is through electronic fob you hold up to it. It doesn't work reliably. Sometimes it does, sometimes it takes 15 minutes to lock/unlock your door. When its 1AM and you need to get inside, it's unsafe to not know if you can even open the door. I've raised complaints and nothing's been done about it. Our mailbox is apparently mislabeled, so we've been unable to receive mail since we moved in. We were getting a neighbors mail for a while. Now, no mail is making it to us -- who knows where our mail is. Overall, I would recommend this place, but they NEED to install normal door locks instead of charging for these unreliable doors. The rest is simple maintenance that is fixable -- and shouldn't be an issue long-term. As long as I eventually get my mail, I'll keep it at three stars. If not...

  • We love our Apartment

    The Apartments are beautiful. We have elevators, a salt water pool, a huge fitness center and a wonderful staff and I am happy our apartment; a 2br/2ba has all laminate flooring! ( No carpeting) which is great ! We have a grocery store and pet store within walking distance and Madison has many great opportunities for us to enjoy here. This is a gated community and I also love having valet garbage pickup 5 days a week, right at my door. The staff shows love to our dog Tiffany also.
