Moved in recently management was extremely helpful in making my move easy. The community is well kept up and clean. Management did walk threw my new home to make sure all my features worked properly. Definitely will recommend this community to others.

This place is a disaster. Very unprofessional management team!!!! The condition of the apartment is horrible. Roaches and spiders were everywhere when I moved in and emailed the staff three times. She said she already appointed someone to clean it, but nobody came!! (by the way, they changed the apartment number I was going to moved in a few day before I moved in, and did not explain why, I doubt they did not clean the new apartment before I moved in which they should already did it!) Now, I have ...
moved out for almost nine months and did not receive the deposit. They closed the website and changed the management team, however, whenever I went to the office, the door was closed and no body answer the phone!!!!!!! EVEN the number in their new website, nobody answer the call!!!! Do yourself a favor, pick other place. HERE IS NOT THE RIGHT OPTION FOR YOU! Don't even want to give them a star!!

Don't do it! Extremely unprofessional staff who acts as if you are bothering them.
The roaches are out of this world and the gym is an eye sore.
Poor maintenance culture. Don't be fooled , they are just after your money and nothing else .

Had a chance to visit the property and speak with the manager. Filled out rental application within a week received a call back from property manager letting me know that my application was declined for some unknown reason. However, she would do a little research and get back with me. Never heard back. After checking my own credit report & rental history I find it quite ironic that there were no credit or rental inquiries on either report within the last 10 months. Nor did I received the 30 - 60 ...
day letter from the credit bureau reason for being declined. The only reason I could think of is that my application was never processed and that either the manager, Trinity Property or both just took my application fee.
