"A " location, "C-" building
July 29, 2015The building is in a good location (close to public transit, shopping and parks), there is a door attendant 24 hours and there is a small but usable gym and laundry room. The building staff are mostly friendly and the common areas (lobby, hallways, gym, laundry) are generally clean but a bit run down. The door attendants don't much - they never open the door and often don't even look up from the desk at who is coming in. The elevators are frequently out of service and there is often issues with ...the water (pipes bursting with major floods, water shut off with no notice, etc). There are a lot of "water bugs" in the common areas (and apartments - yuck!). The building was previously an SRO, so residents are a mix of those paying rent regulated prices and market prices.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
