Slow to fix issues

No in unit washer and dryer, there is on sight laundry, it broke a week ago still broken. Now there is a power issue that’s a big enough issue the fire department had to shut down water and electrical to the units. They also swapped an old online payment site with a new one that charges you an electronic fee that the old one did not.
