It's an ok apartment it's very old and the management and staff don't really care for the people that live in their complex. Overall it stinks but it's all I can afford

Ok! I read the reviews for all the area apartment communities before I moved from NC. Jeeze, they were ALL bad or questionable. This was really a risk taking an apt. sight unseen but I selected "The Trilogy". I moved in and BOY am I glad I chose "The Trilogy Apts". The 1 bdrm is big (850 sq ft) and had been well kept. Improvements are going on all the time and money is going into stuff that matters. The maintenance staff is GREAT and management is responsive. I could not be happier!!

I wasn't all that impressed with the apartments pulling up, seemed rather old and run down....but was looking for area and affordability. I live in a rather bad area, my boyfriend and I wanted something close to school and work but with less noise/crime. Every time I have visited the atmosphere is serene/quiet and is indeed surrounded by wildlife but in close proximity to 94. I lost out on amenities such as washer/dryer in my unit, updated kitchen but the price is rather phenomenal. Looking ...
forward to moving in.
