    Very pleasant and rewarding experience. I’m close to the doggie park where I can see the play and enjoy. I’m close to all the major transit systems and walking distance to some amazing restaurants and bistros in the area.

    The View Apartments are very modern, spacious and offer a number of amenities. Staff is quite friendly, helpful and responsive. The location of the apartments offers an easy commute to Center City and the neighborhood have a number of restaurants and cultural offerings.

    Very nice living space. Always clean and decorated well. Amenities always clean and looking good too. The only issues I have had are that the circuits are not strong can’t handle two things at once and have to go to the breaker box often. The air also has issues time to time with freezing/breaking, but maintenance is always on it the next day.

    The staff is great, the common areas are always clean, and the move-in process was very easy. Apartments are private, once you’re inside you don’t hear surrounding neighbors at all.

    Great location, the apartments are nice and the management and macitence staff are are responsive and friendly. The building itself is in need of some work. I have had multiple plumbing issues, the hallways have dingy carpeting and the stairwells are always dirty, the grills int courtyard need fixing or replacing and the landscaping on the property is rarely tended to.

    It’s hard to complain about anything when the price is so great for this location and amenities. The rent and parking seem like such a steal when you look at some other luxury buildings in the neighborhood. You do get what you pay for, though. Sometimes things like broken doors and landscaping takes multiple residents complaining to get action, but it does always get done fairly quickly! Management seems to change a lot, too, which can cause communication issues. But all other staff like the ...

    Building does the bare minimum, pets peeing in the hallways constantly only go be addressed by daily mass emails. Pool is always dirty and this past winter sidewalks went days without being salted. The location is about the only good thing about this building.

    Just moved in yesterday, so far, so good! The apartment unit itself is updated and of good quality. I have yet to use the amenities, but they all look nice from what I have seen! Staff has been helpful!
