I lived at this property for over 2 years but wish I moved out sooner.
This property has the most unprofessional Leasing Staff I ever came across. They are downright inconsiderate in accommodating any requests. They lack basic courtesy and work with the sole purpose of hassling the customers. Listed a few ridiculous things on quality of management
- They never return calls or voice messages
- The maintenance service is non-existent
- Lots of bikes/other items stolen off the property and the
...management is least concerned about increasing security
- Outrageous lease renewal terms, including 100% increase over 1st year lease rates.!!!
- Rude staff - especially Shyla F, who acts as if she is doing a favor listening or responding to tenants queries
Think twice before moving. If you move-in, do not stay more than a year! Take advantage of the 1st year discount ...and move on. That will probably be the best thing to do.
