Not worth it
July 10, 2019Very poor, they never came to fix anything and wouldn't work with us to get moved to an apartment that wasn't infested with bugs, etc. As well as they made it really difficult to sign up or do anything lease related since they expect all parties to be there in person when anything lease related occurs. Renters Beware
June 19, 2019I lived here for 4 years and the first 3 years was pleasant with pleasant management and all but this 4th year turned into something different. We had 3 shootings within 4 months with the last ending in a death. Management became upset with me because I kept questioning all these fees and increases in my rent and lastly I received a huge bill for moving out! June 10, 2019The management is flat out terrible. Getting any thing fixed is a nightmare of them claiming they never got the notice. Management gives wrong information all the time. Totally unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff. They’ll be moving everyone into mysterious temporary housing soon while they renovate, so DO NOT sign a lease anytime soon. Who knows what kind of conditions those will be like. If I could break the lease or had another option, I truly would. That said, the grassy area and pool (when ...it’s open) are nice touches. Things to consider
June 3, 2017I've lived here for almost a year in a half. For the most part I feel safe. My chidlren can go out and play without me feeling like they are in danger. My apartment is very spacious. Some things I wish I had known before moving in that bother me is maintenance men takes weeks sometimes months to repair things problems in your apartment. I've even had to call outside repair men to repair my problems because they are behind. Sometimes they will forget you even put in the request and you have to ...go back and resubmit. May 24, 2017I repeat do not move in here! The area is nice and the apartments are very spacious. However, the management is HORRIBLE. No one is on one accord. I love it here!
October 4, 2015I have lived in my apartment for a year now and I am loving every bit of it. Publix is right across the street, and the #1 charter school is in walking distance. I love the easy access to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and very diverse. I have not experienced any problems since I've been here. Im Loving It
September 17, 2015My apartment complex is awesome. The grounds are maintained all year round. The views are amazing all green grass and mature trees. In the fall the colors are spectacular which I enjoy watching from my balcony. Its quiet even during the summer when the kids are home. Having the pool house and the YMCA in walking distance is wonderful. There are enough parking spaces to allow for residents and visitors. Its gated for extra security. Overall a lovely place..
August 29, 2015It's a family oriented community so there's a school, YMCA, and a few grocery stores all nearby. Not to mention it's a gated community and security round clock. It's a great place and affordable (even to a college student like myself). Also MARTA is close as well so I don't have to rely on driving my car all the time.
