I live here, this is my 3rd year. The grounds stay clean. The staff is usually quick to respond to needs. The gate is always broken. They don’t ever seem to change the motor. They just “fix” it. There’s always something wrong with the pool. But hopefully that will change now. The worst thing is Broadstar Cable us your only option for internet and cable. They are the worst company every. It goes out when there is a heavy rain, which is often since we are in south Florida. So if you need to work ...

from home, like me, you cannot rely on the internet here. I have an ATT hotspot that uses 4G cellular internet. That signal is bad, but more reliable.

i have now lived here in Emerald Dunes for 3 years and it's been a great experience. i love the gym which is centrally located and has all the right equipment. The pool is always clean and security is always making the rounds to make sure all is well, and thats a good feeling. As for shopping everything you need is within a 5 mile radius. Whenever I call with a maintenance request, it is literally fixed within the day. I mentioned that my A/C didn't feel very cool, and by the time I got home, a brand new unit had been installed. I've been here over 5 years and don't remember there ever being a problem with crime here. It is very important to me that I live somewhere that does not tolerate thugs loitering about. Most of my neighbors are professionals or families and I don't have to worry about noise disturbances except for my ...

neighbors dog. I like that fact that it is quite new and has nice appliances, granite countertops, and impact resistant glass in event of hurricanes. I have known the leasing agent the entire time I've been here, and she is always helpful. The only thing I dislike is the cable and internet company the association uses. It's probably the worst ever.

Hi. I have lived here for at least 6 years and loved it. My unit is gorgeous, the grounds are always kept, the office knows me and is always helpful, maintenance is done promptly, 24 hr security. What more could you ask? Well, it's 2014, and reliable internet would be nice. They have an exclusive contract with Broadstar Cable (Look them up on Better Business Bureau and you'll see the problem). This company has to be the worst!
