Nice At first. New Management Made It Worse.
May 22, 2023I've been living here sense January of 2022. The first landlord was the nicest lady. Listened to all of my concerns, handled things with grace and she was nice to my animals. They have recently changed management and it is awful. They refuse to be accommodating to larger dogs. Heck their pet area is the size of a closet and it's cluttered. If you have dogs over 2 pounds stay clear of this place.Review from Apartments.com
Great Community
May 2, 2020Perfect place to stay for a college student. Besides it’s nice location, nice amenities, and awesome management the villas has a college atmosphere that gives for an awesome experience. It’s location is right across the street ESU! You pay a flat rate fee that includes all your utilities. I am a gamer and the WiFi is awesome. There is a pool area, a volleyball court, and it’s right next to a disc golf course that is great for walks. One thing that stood out to me the most was how caring and ...understanding the management is. Management is on site and very supportive of its residents. They have snacks in the office for you to grab, and even help with me and my roommates with dish/laundry soap and other daily essentials.
