only paying for location
March 10, 2016the apartments are really sketchy, the management doesn't seem to be very active with the community. my bf and I looked at a room because we're moving out together and this was just really dirty feeling. the only good thing about this place was the view, it's right behind the walmart and across the street from the chapel hills mall. you can see pikes peak and it's a breathtaking view. unfortunately, the balcony didn't have any safety rail in front (they said it'd be repaired by next week) and ...only half the lights worked in the apartment they showed us. yikes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
