    So far so good it's reasonable why certain things such as work or repairs on the apartments take longer than usual however nothing has been more than minor inconveniences.

    Vue at Spring Creek is an excellent place to live. It’s clean, open outdoor spaces and excellent staff and maintenance. It would be nice to have more inside storage, but overall the apartment is very adequate.

    Love it here the parking is always avaliable. The trash is easy to walk to. The gym is always cleaned and I get all my workouts in great shape.

    My experience living here has been nothing short of a disaster ever since we moved in. Upon moving in our washer did not work. Even with me or my husband going to the office multiple times a week to address the issue, it still didnt get fixed for an entire month. We’ve had both a washer and dryer now for about three weeks and then our dryer stops working. I put in a maintenance request for it at the beginning of the week and was told it would be able to even be looked at until 2 weeks from now ...
    and who even knows if thats accurate. Living here has been extremely exhausting with one thing happening after the next. Me and my husband are both work full time and we are expecting a baby this summer. These issues should not be causing us so much stress with us not even living here for two full months yet. It is completely ridiculous!

    Would highly recommend this complex to other individuals apartment hunting. The dog parks are a key reason I love living here, as well as the pool.

  • Disappointing, issues with management

    I’ve lived here for a while, but unfortunately things have gone downhill since the management changed. The current manager, Betsy, has been unresponsive and often rude when residents raise concerns. For weeks, the dog waste stations have not been cleaned, and many are out of bags with no restocking. There is pet waste throughout the property, and the dog park is consistently filthy. It’s disappointing and unsanitary. Maintenance overall has been poor. The swimming pool was closed for nearly two ...
    years. It reopened at the end of August last year, only to close again in early October. Residents are paying rent that includes amenities, yet we’re unable to use them consistently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here. I’m looking forward to the end of my lease so I can move somewhere better managed.

      Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. We restock and empty all of our dog stations on a regular schedule in addition to daily grounds pick up. Our dog parks are cleaned of waste at least one time weekly. The swimming pool is open during the Summer months and was kept open Until October in an attempt to make up some time that our residents missed while we got new heaters installed and had to delay the opening.     Repairs take a long time to complete and seems like the company (not the workers) would rather cut corners and costs. The entrance gate took months to complete and another month or two before it was operational. Then after someone crashed into it, while it was repaired fairly quickly, it stays open 24/7 now with no updates on if or when it will be operational again.
