January 31, 2026Repairs take a long time to complete and seems like the company (not the workers) would rather cut corners and costs. The entrance gate took months to complete and another month or two before it was operational. Then after someone crashed into it, while it was repaired fairly quickly, it stays open 24/7 now with no updates on if or when it will be operational again.Property Manager Responded

I absolutely love the mountain view—it truly makes the place feel special. September 23, 2025The apartment is fine. The kitchen appliances are cheap, but functional. The main office seems to close much earlier than the listed hours. The part of town the complex is in kinda sucks.Property Manager Responded
