    One of the biggest issues with this apartment complex is the constant staff turnover. While I do like the current staff, the lack of consistency has caused major problems. When we moved into our two-bedroom apartment, the unit was not move-in ready. There were missing items, torn carpet, and several damages throughout the apartment. Because of this, we carefully filled out the move-in inspection form documenting everything and turned it into the front office, where we were assured it would be ...
    filed properly. Now, two years later, after downsizing to a one-bedroom, we are being charged for many of those same damages. When we questioned it, we were told the document was never filed with the correct department. As a result, we are now being held responsible for damages that existed before we moved in, all because someone failed to do their job and there has been a completely different staff since then.

    I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The location is a major highlight — it’s within walking distance to Las Vegas Athletic Club, a 24-hour gym with excellent amenities including steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi, and full fitness facilities, which is incredibly convenient. The community is also close to a church and nearby shopping at Galleria Mall, making day-to-day living very accessible. The neighborhood feels safe, well-kept, and comfortable.     is the app that allows me to lock my door and adjust the temperature remotely. Being able to control the temperature without getting out of bed and check that my door is secure at any time adds a real sense of ease and peace of mind. As someone living alone, that level of convenience and security has been incredibly reassuring. On-site amenities are thoughtfully maintained, and the gym, while more intimate, is clean and sufficient for everyday use. What truly stands out is the staff — everyone has been friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance has also been professional and helpful whenever needed.     The apartment is better maintained now than when I first moved in three years ago. One thing I hope for is that some neighbors are not cleaning up after their dogs in the garden area, which is making it messy. Especially in the hot weather, I kindly ask everyone to please clean up after their pets

    I’ve been living here for 11 months and to be honest I really enjoy living here area is pretty quiet apart from the planes from above. My neighbors are pretty cool.
