I am going on year four living here. The owners have done so much since I moved it making it today look like a little paradise when you walk in the gate. In the beginning of Jan the old terra cotta sewer pipes started to fail and it was a few months of complete frustration for all. It took some time and a very large price tag for the owners but today the 11 unit complex is beautiful. They even took over managing the property and hosted a party for all the new tenants and current to meet. It ...

The owners, manager and maintenance do not care about their tenants. They accuse you of lying when they know appliances are broken. They take months to complete repairs. The repairs are replaced with more broken items requiring dozens of visits on one request. I have been without HVAC for 10 days. The managers ignore me and the maintenance laughs at you when you have problems, saying I took the place as is and if I don’t like it I should move out.
