Getting a lot for what I pay, really nice and quiet, laundry, good common spaces, right next to the 1 and a state park with amazing amenities. I would give it a 4.5 though because the super is not very responsive.

The building has been renovated in recent years and the apartment itself is great. Beautiful wooden floors, dishwasher (!) and a nice double door fridge with ice maker. There's also cheap in-building laundry and a great common space in the next building over with a pretty extensive gym, TV room, event space, kids' play area, etc. I'd probably be paying 4 times the price for this place in midtown.
