I'm so happy I sold and got out.

to you and sometimes shout at you to get their point across and do not know how to treat residents at all. Please Willoughby Leadership, change the folk there, especially the managers of the Friendship Boulevard section of the building. They are not representing the Willoughby right.

heating on too early. - It's a water system so the air gets very wet in the summer, and very dry in the winter. Mold issues are difficult to deal with in the summer. -The windows are single panned, so the outside temperature impacts the heating and cooling ability. - The pool is pretty but burdened by too many policies and rules. No food or drink allowed in the pool, and you'll get death stares if you make noise. - Rooftop patio closes early and no food or drink allowed. - The gym is not updated, the equipment breaks often. There is very poor ventilation and smells. - There's a large patio on the 4th/5th floor that is LOCKED, like the secret garden. No one is allowed, there's not reason. This is a poorly run building, I wouldn't recommend any young professional live here.

convenient storage room is always available at my request. Also, a Village Center has movies, concerts, arts, classes. The Willoughby has everything. Such a homey place!

whioch makes washing dishes a real chore. the apartment itself is grimey, in need of repairs and a makeover. A few weeks ago, I had a deluge of water on my bathroom floor, due to the above tenant's overflowed tub. Disgusting. I was told the problem was "fixed", though I'm not convinced.
